This might be obvious, I don't know. With the 2018 pack, if I choose the 'Acoustic beauty' drumset then the 'Percussion Studio 2018 -> Oriental -> 120 bpm Maqsoum' the congas will not be heard because they are not part of the drumset, is that right ?

Yes that's correct. Notice the folder Percussion Studio 2018 
. You can also use the Drumset designer directly. Anyways Studio 2018 is for drums, Percussion Studio 2018 is for percussion .
