New files:
WIN Wusik Station V9 BETA Engine.zip
WIN Wusik 8008 BETA Engine.zip
Also going o Upload EVE in a minute. Using the same name structure as above.
WIN Wusik EVE V5 BETA Engine.zip
This fixes all reported problems, I also improved the one-shot code, it was clicking on some samples, now it doesn't.
I will upload the GM Drums sets fixed in a minute and also the AC Guitar SFZ file that was bad.
Cheers, WilliamK

Ok, EVE is there and also "SNDs Fixed Sounds.zip" (in the EVE folder) I will update the complete 16 Gig installer too.
Please, let me know if you guys find any other bad sounds.
Cheers, WilliamK

I remember testing the installer and yes it worked.WilliamK wrote: Sun Dec 23, 2018 5:06 pm Guys, I don't remember, did WIN_Crisis_GM_SF2_Installer.zip work?
But as I already had Crisis anyway in my soundfonts collection I don't intend to have it duplicated in my Wusik installation. Indeed, to load sf2 files I just need to click in the sampler field and load sound (then browse computer) so don't really need to have them in the 'Soundsets' folder...yes?

As I have WS V9 is there any reason to keep WS V8?
And if there is any reason, would I keep the WS V8 installation separate from the new Wusik Engine Data folder but point V8 to the new Shared folder for soundsets?

If you were talking about V7, I would say to keep it. But V8, I don't see any advantage between it and V9, quite the opposite. Many things I found were needing to be corrected have been corrected in V9, and in the current state, I would say that V9 is already better than V8.goldglob wrote: Sun Dec 23, 2018 7:06 pm As I have WS V9 is there any reason to keep WS V8?

I agree. I have not had the frienliest relations with V8 or V9, but V9 seems an improvement.
I can at least, through enough tinkering, get presets close to sounding like they should.
BTW - the FX do not translate well. They all seem to translate with default settings. If you have settings specific to FX on a preset, including Osc's modulating parameters (which do not get translated at all) - you really have to pay attention to this section of any preset you are attempting to convert.
Eventually I will write up a page and link it from the "free" page with notes on conversions....

I just updated the big file: WIN_Wusik_Engine_Data__SoundCollection.zip
It has all sound fixes reported.
Cheers, WilliamK

I have made a page with some notes on fixing Legacy preset conversions and a file with two edited presets - one from Vera and one from Tim C - so you can hear the difference.....

Latest WIN Wusik EVE V5 BETA Engine 23-12-18
EVE 64 bit VST2 and VST3 in REAPER 64 bit.
Plugins manager.
Scan a folder on my computer which contains 32 bit plugins.
The plugins appear in the list but when trying to load I get Alert! popup.
Press OK, REAPER crashes.
Seems like the bridge isn't working.
