Banks MP Data Entry - New Feature?

I just discovered what may be a recent new feature. But the capability may have been there for ages and unknown to me because it requires scrolling down to realize it's even there.

In the editor window for a bank MP, target values are listed below the standard fields in each bank slot column. You can directly enter values into these fields, which hugely improves the workflow when setting up a bank MP.

But, these fields are easy to overlook since they are usually not visible on the default size editor window. Make that window taller and they become obvious.

For anyone doing preset design, this is a huge labor-saving device. Like I said, maybe it's been there all along. If so, maybe some of you were missing out all that time just as I would have been.

I thought those were always there. That's how I set up the delay value easy screens. On my editor window they have always been visable, but perhaps they default to different sizes on different computers.

They've been there for a long time - one row for each target parameter.

As for the MP Editor window size - the size is remembered (for each MP, for each plug-in) in .winstate files. Make the window taller and you should be OK. It may also depend on the Style.

And, when working on the banks, you can Collapse the Behaviour and Appearance panels (that was one of my suggestions )

Good to know - never tried it, but it's clearly useful in this situation.

While we're on the subject, can anyone explain what the second Name parameter is in each bank slot? I can't see any use for it and it doesn't seem to be explained in the "?" help window.

Rename bank for checkboxes.
