The Note Length or Clip Length doesn't match the delta between the Start Time and End Time.
In the track I'm doing, the tempo slowly increases over time. Removing this tempo change causes the lengths to be displayed correctly.

I stopped using the tempo automation because it tends to ruin everything. Adding space to tracks messes up all your midi down the line when you have tempo automation.
