I grew up in Massachusetts, I remember following it on the news and wishing I were there. Woodstock, other shows and festivals plus all the great music of the era sprouted my passion

I'm prediciting it'll be on a day of the week, ending with the letter "y" 
My main tools: Kontakt, Omnisphere, Samplemodeling + Audio Modeling. Unify = godsend. Tari's libraries also rock.

Posts / topics are deleted for many reasons - the HPC, Off Topic and Sell & Buys forums are regularly pruned. When official company forums are no longer required they get deleted. Spam topics, flame wars, and so on, tend to get deleted.
Loads of old topics got archived and removed from the live database back in 2005 when we were having load issues on struggling hardware...
The actual highest post id at time of posting this is 7276742, so the next milestone is 7.3 million I guess.
For Topics, the number in the stats says ~332k but the actual number including deletions is ~518k.
Similarly the members number says ~366k but the highest number is ~433k - we regularly remove never-activated accounts, spam accounts, banned zero-post accounts, etc.

of course 
...just the same the posts a few minutes ago was 5000610, my latter prediction was it would happen yesterday, I didn't check but I was right on or damn close. My prediction for 7.3 is Feb 5th (which happens to be my dad's b-day)
