Website headers not consistent

While I'm currently logged into the website, I thought I'd ask: is it possible that the header menus could be made the same on every page, please?

When I first go to the site, there's PRODUCTS, TRAINING, ACCOUNT, DEVELOP, REDEEM, and F for Facebook. Not to mention Tracktion.

However, when I log in, there's WELCOME, FRED* then LOGOUT and, at the other side, MY ACCOUNT.

There have been instance when I've had to reverse out to get at one of the ones that doesn't appear after I logged in. It's not like the space created by omitting them is doing much else on its day off.
