Guys, we called it SynthMaster One to emphase that it's a lighter/simpler version. SM2 is a followup to SM1, featurewise. We also considered to name it "SynthMaster First", but then finalized with SynthMaster One.

I wonder what you guys would think when we have 1, 2 and 3 alltogether as separate products

Although SM3 is suppose to do all that SM1 and 2 and can do and be preset compatible?

What makes it worse for me is on mac it is SM 1 and on PC SM One.

Yeah, but, people want the full deal. Not something "lite". I think it's a really bad ida to call your product lite, unless it is a light version of the same thing, which it isn't, in this case.

Exactly, personally I would not have called it SM anything at all, but picked a new name.
Lite to me would be more like a player version.

Super happy to hear about a SMone update. I was wondering what was going on with SMone if it was going to be updated or all energy put towards SM3. I too like the ease of working in One over SM2.9.

With that said I too have thought of different names for SMone to better orient myself to them all LOL.

I think "SynthMasterSpeed' would be cool to emphasis it being the version that's aimed towards quicker results.

And "SynthCrafterOne" this is emphasizing it being a great synth for crafting sounds but a little lesser to to the Master while not calling a 'slave' lol
