FR: n-tuplet tool

A new tool in the midi-editor:
Similar to the pen tool but notes entered will be quantized to nearest n-tuplet.
When you drag a note with the tool, the start time will be quantized the same way.
When you drag the end of the note, the length will be quantized to the nearest n-tuplet.
The value for n will be entered by the user in a box, next to the note length box. This box will default to 3, to make it an instant triplet tool.

I second this. Waveform does not make triplets or other n-tuplets intuitive, and your suggestion would make that very powerful indeed.
