Someone earlier this week asked if it was possible to make a snap sequencer and change sounds quickly in MPowersynth. In this video I tried to give a fairly quick example, but you could take this much further and create some really interesting evolving sounds. Anyway, I hope you find this useful.

Nice tutorial of using the banks for rich morphing/movements.:tu:

A full - or let's say: hardwired - morph feature will never be possible because (as Vojtech always explains) there are way too many parameters working under the hood.

Thank you very much for the tutorial. As you said it is not the same but useful to make some expressive sound movements!
I have hoped to modulate the presets A to H but that is not possible. Even the morph function between A, B, C and D can not automated.
Maybe it will be possible with MSoundFactory...

Just spend a little time and add EVERY parameter to a multiparameter. Then save this as a preset (in the multiparameter window) to quickly use it whenever you wish.
Simply use the synth to make a sound and then save it using the save button in bank 1 (just like Chandler did in the video)
These banks will work exactly like the snap sequencer in waves.

But they'll not reflect the potential interaction one may define via MPs and Mods. It's simply impossible.

The world class Melda mod system must fail here. Pure logic. ;-)

elassi - thanks.

nbyte - You're welcome. Unfortunately it can't do exactly what you wanted, but hopefully this is a cool substitute.

jmg8 - That's a great idea.
