How to unlock the Collective plugin?

I have the Waveform DAW from a bundle with a Behringer U-PHORIA UMC204HD hardware, installed, and worked fine untill a couple of days, that I had a noise coming and figured out it came from the Collective, that appears locked.
I can´t find how to unlock it, I used the off line machine number and the Tracktion generated key but doesn´t work…
Need help on this

A good question. I've had a good old root around and it's not obvious. Try clicking on the word Collective towards the top left (not on the title bar). There's an option to check for updates on there, but the authorisation option might appear there too.

I'm pretty sure you have to log into your Tracktion account from the plugin interface.

There's an "Unlock" button in the top-right hand of the Collective UI. Click that and you'll see an option to unlock via an offline key file. The machine ID in this box may be different from the one in the main Waveform app.
Is this machine connected to the internet? If so, you can just use the online unlock with your tracktion.com username and password.

dRowAudio, I did that, but it won’t unlock.
I’m about to get the upgrade to v.9, with some options for $109 and maybe delete and uninstall everything so I’ll start fresh and clean, maybe is a good option, right? What do you guys think?

I got rid of the noise!!!
Don’t really know how following advices from all of you, it’s no longer there...
But something new came up, in the main interface, I can see the plugins I loaded in the tracks, but I can load them again, I mean, if I click on the “+” button to load something, just shows: waveform plugins and plugin racks, no more VST, or VST3 or anything else... where did everything go?

Plug-ins aren't listed under the + button as VST and VST3. They're listed more or less by manufacturer. Collective is under the Tracktion one, probably last on the list. I assume you're not using the + with the red background. If you're expecting more plug-ins and plug-in manufacturers, perhaps there are folders that didn't get scanned. If you are missing some, compare the lists under Plugins on the Settings page and see if they were all accepted.

Can you post a screenshot of your "Plugins" settings page?
