Where can I find the promotion offer?sprnva wrote: Mon Feb 04, 2019 6:03 pm Just signed into my IK Multimedia account and got a box offering a free T-RackS Quad Comp for signing up to their newsletter.
It then said it was deposited into my account but I can't see a new licence (I already owned it). So it might only work if you don't have it.

Yeah I'm in the same boat. It seemed that the best deal was always had on grabbing the early adopter prices during the pre-release stages. Now this bundle deal puts all of them pretty well below that. I guess the continued downward pressure on software prices is good for those who wait.hhuang9611 wrote: Mon Feb 04, 2019 8:03 pm Sigh... I have all the licenses already (bought them 2nd hand several months ago or during the intro sale) and now, this sale makes me feel like I have lost more than 200 bucks.![]()
Previously, I have confidence with every u-he purchase, if there is an intro sale, I would go for it without hesitation. Because I was told that there wouldn't be crazy sales. But now, after seeing this, I am not sure if I will be brave enough to jump in the intro sale of next u-he stuff...
So do I take the gamble and try to recoup some of the lost funds? Or will this sale just further drive down the resale prices and make the time and effort not worth it? As it stands now, I'd have to purchase two transfer tokens if I were to sell off Twangstrom and Colour Copy.

Heh, I would have saved way more than $200 bucks if I had gotten everything during this sale. That's
fine, I think Urs and crew are definitely worth the cost. I'm just happy that there is still something for
me to get a great deal on. Certainly this offer is unlikely to happen again, and hopefully it will bring
them some worthwhile capitol. Especially as they begin to delve into the Eurorack market, in
which I am keenly interested.
Even though shipping from Germany to Hawaii, is not likely to be cheap.

I'm not into Eurorack hardware, and I'm certainly glad I don't have that bug. I went onto Sweetwater and found this:

Yeah, affordable is not overly synonymous with Eurorack. I actually have about half
of that, as I own it's little brother
Although, I must say, I am quite happy with it...
*The truly shocking thing (for me) about the expense, is that, if I could recoup all that I've spent
on software over the last 15 yrs, I could probably buy 10 of those. Seriously...

Well good thing I'm not THAT far in the software hole ... yet.

Are you signed up to their newsletter? I think I unsubscribed at some stage so maybe that's why I got the popup.
It showed up when I signed in. But I don't seem to have actually gotten another copy of Quad Comp.

Are we complaining about sales? Hehe it does seem like U-he products rarely go on sale. At least that's what I found when searching forums for information on U-he sales, I did this prior to buying Diva in Dec. Unless this is the start of a new trend and U-he begins having lots of sales I wouldn't be too upset. They're solid products too.Tappistry wrote: Tue Feb 05, 2019 6:50 amYeah I'm in the same boat. I'm confident waiting for a Waves sale as they almost never stop... I'm not confident waiting for a U-he sale as I may be waiting a long time.

Best chuckle of the day, so far.Howard wrote: Mon Feb 04, 2019 5:21 pmNormally, yes. But we managed to get some other Germans to do the dirty deed for us…
It's called "Krautsourcing".![]()

Is it certain that the NI-uHe deal gets us separate serials we can split among us without transfer costs? Or are they automatically posited in your account?
