Plugin to make the speed constant

I do not know if there is already a plugin to make spoken vocals (so speeches spoken) all at a constant speed ... I know that an audio file can be made faster or slower, but to make all the vocals spoken all the same speed must intervene manually. If any of you know something like that, let me know ... Thanks.
