"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

When i registered my codes on u-he website i had to click the submit button twice for it to go through to another page saying something about email being sent. I'm using Firefox on Win10, dunno if that helps.

edit: I see you got it sorted but i'll leave this post for anyone else having the same problem

I already have Diva and Repro -- but maybe I can sell the licenses for less than NI and then go for the full bundle...

I'd like to not contact support if possible as I'm sure they're flat out at the moment.
Mine took a couple hours. Be sure to check your spam folder, though - for some odd reason, it ended up there, and that's the first time anything from u-he's ended up in that folder.

Hello guys, Urs,

Is it possible to split the bundle with another person (will the codes work for another person)?
In my case, I need only plugins (already got the synths ;)))), so if that's possible I'd consider cooperating with someone
Weapons of choice (subject to change):
Godin Redline, Kuassa, Fuse Audio, Audiority, Roland A-500pro, Dune, Dagger, TAL, Reaper for Rock & Synthwave pleasures; Viper and FL Studio for guilty EDM pleasures

The registration keys are separate per plugin, so you could do that. Each plugin needs to be registered to your u-he account separately to get the serial key, so there's nothing thechnically stopping you from splitting.

If it's not in within 2 minutes after redeeming, check your spam folder. If nothing is there, contact our support.
How long are the redemption codes valid? Indefinitely? I.e., can I sell someone unused redemption codes later and know they'll work?
A well-behaved signature.

Same for me - I checked after a couple of minutes and when I didn't see it I checked my spam folder and there it was.

I've got into the habit of doing that most of the time now as spam filters seem to make random changes to what is and isn't spam.

Unrelated - I had to restart my MacBook before I could see the AU as a plugin after the install. Not sure if there's a way to get it recognized without a restart, but the first few Google search results I found all said restart.
Sweet child in time...

I have the same issue with Logic. For me logging out and re-logging in works.

@Dencheg
Even if you can split it with u-he, how can you split the bundle with NI?

The products are registered with NI and appears the registration code in your account, so it's a two steps procedure. You have the registeration code from NI (when you buy it), then you use this code to generate serials with u-he.
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

Yep, you still save (PW+Satin+Twangs+Coco -> 400$) and you can resell your existing Repro + Diva easily if you had them for 9+ months. Better sell them after this sale though.
Wouldn't it be better to just make upgrade prices? I don't get the idea. You would instantly get money from me when there would be a fair upgrade price for people who own already the expensive products from this bundle. This way I'm just temporarily disappointed because I burned money when I bought the products full price.

Urs wrote: Wed Feb 06, 2019 4:14 pm A word on why this and not that:

This sale is a rather unique offer, not just for people out there but also for us. As you can see, NI not only did this, they also produced marketing material, videos, ads in various languages and all of that, which apparently consumes time and money we couldn't ever dream of, directly marketing to an audience that's in the vicinity of a hundred times bigger than what our newsletter reaches.

This all makes the sale itself a byproduct. It's more important to us what it does to our brand. For instance, suddenly, social media people pick up our stuff. We see loads of comments from people who have never heard of us.

I totally get that it feels awkward to many people, particularly those who already have many of the plug-ins on sale. But I believe it's a good thing. The two-week period makes it a very contained event, but if the long term effect results in just 2% increase of revenue (and that might be just a base line), we can do a lot of things that we simply can't without. And those things will be beneficial for every u-he user.

We invest a lot of time and effort into NKS, particularly on tagging and controller mapping. That also means stuff like assigning XY controls to every Zebra preset. Everyone can benefit from that, just like everyone does from our new preset browser which was built in the aftermath of NKS preset tagging. Neither would/could probably have happened without an incentive. And this sale, the tap into NI's user base, was always a part of that incentive.

Unfortunately we can not juggle the terms of the sale in any way. This is how it works, and this is what people at NI figure is what works best for *their* user base. Hence no split up fx bundle or anything.

Sure, should there ever be a "next time" for an event like this, we'll probably do single redeem codes for any bundle. We might do some things differently, but that's stuff based on things we have never experienced and hadn't expected.
