Another great move from U-HE would be to release an update to the many of the plugins in the bundle for a little fee...having sold 1000s of the bundles you may end up having to upgrade and pay or try to sell some vst without the upgrades....so the prices on the marketplace here may be even lower then now...

It may sound pitiful, but if someone bought the bundle and, for whatever reason, will not want to sell the duplicates, but simply to give someone, I will be delighted to get some of these great things

It's not a bundle. It's a "collection." Further more, the EULA (section 9.) states that "certain" products constitute bundles that are not to be resold separately. Which products? Well we'd have to know that before purchasing, wouldn't we?
As the word bundle appears nowhere in the "learn more" and checkout process for the U-HE collection the case seems to be pretty transparent. The confirmation emails are the same.

Afaik is should be legal to sell redeemed license individually later as it's not a bundle in the uhe account i guess. But that would mean plus 15 euros in the first 9 month. You bypass this by selling redeem codes. That's one reason why i think it could be an issue from a legal perspctive to sell the codes directly.
But that is only guessing. After all I just want to be sure that we re not doing shady stuff here.
