I use mostly 64bit plugins now, so ready to move from T7 to Waveform.
I am having some trouble scanning for plugins in WF
Notably Waves and IK-Media plugins not found. Confirmed with mfg I have 64bit versions (I do), confirmed paths but none of these plugins load. Scan picks up Softube, Izotope and some others but not the 'biggies'.
It could be a 1000 things. Beyond licenses and paths, what would you try next.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, changed and added paths, called Wave support (they hang up when they find out it's Waveform...not supported), cleared the list, scanned and rescanned. What am I missing....must be something.
I know I'll get there but having spent a full day on it, I may need to call a strategic retreat for a while and go back to T7, though that's not my preferred outcome.

Correction: I stated that T7 was functioning. This statement does not hold up!
My unsuccessful attempts to get Waveform 9 functional has wacked T7 plugins as well. Tracktion 7 dropped the missing plugins from my tracks too.
As a result now all my settings are lost. If I restore the missing plugins my delicate mix settings are still gone forever!
Since 32bit plugs are not compatible with Waveform anyway, why would it mess with T7's settings? It may have been Waves Central that is the culprit...wouldn't be the first time.

Reinstalled everything. T7 is fixed, though I had to install a couple of times before they all worked. This is been my typical experience with Waves plugins, so all good there.
I am afraid to try Waveform again until I finish the T7 project I'm currently working on.
But then, I will give it a go. Hopefully some helpful people with provide a few troubleshooting tips for this type of problem. I'm sure I'm not the only one that struggled with it ocassionaly.
