Not been sent license for Diva, Help!

Hi, I purchased Diva on 11th Feb as part of the current NI promotion, however on registering my key on the U-HE site I have not been forwarded a licence number. I've tried using the resend option and have checked my sent mail.

I've tried to use the contact support page to report several times but this just results in mail delivery failure notification being sent to my e-mail address.

I'm dying to crack on with having a play with my new toy, please help!

If you sent a request to support, we replied to it. I don't know why you should receive a delivery failure notice if you use the support form on our website...? You can always send an email directly to support at u-he dot com and we'll sort things out for you.

First off, go to the redeem page and enter your code again, if the page tells you in a green box that the code is OK, then just proceed and hopefully it will work this time.

If the page tells you that the registration code is already used, then please send a mail directly to support and include the code.

If you really can't get through to support for some reason, then send me a PM here.
