Program Change in Repro doesn't appear to work correctly

I'm having a hard time even figuring out how to say what is wrong cause there seems to be no rhyme or reason for what I'm experiencing. Using latest Repro-1 in Bitwig 2.5 beta 6 and latest OSX 10.14.3.
I put a set of presets in the "MIDI programs" folder and renumbered them so they would be accessed in alphabetical order (like 1_Leaky_Groove 2_Harmonic_Split etc.). I had slots left so I copied presets from another folder whose names are prefaced with "BASS" "LEAD" etc...
When I increment MIDI Program Change device in Bitwig, the preset jumps to a preset called "0:0 LEAD - Fiffs", but the actual file is not named that. There are no numbers in the filename.
Also, I'm not sending Bank messages at all and it randomly switches to other folders/banks "User" "Local->Basses"
It just seems broken. But it could be my understanding is broken.
Grateful for any tips or enlightenment!
p.s. I am re-opening Bitwig with every change I make...
p.p.s. I usually have no trouble using BItwig's MIDI Program Change device. Never had it not work for me.

AFAIK those numbers are always added to show you CC #0 and program change numbers, IIRC. Not sure about the second issue you mention.

They are not being accessed alphabetically like it says in the manual though. So the number seem to be added in whatever order Repro retrieves them. Maybe by the date on the harddrive or something?EvilDragon wrote: Fri Feb 15, 2019 6:32 pm AFAIK those numbers are always added to show you CC #0 and program change numbers, IIRC. Hmmm. May be that APFS sorting issue, perhaps? Although u-he sorted that out for the preset browser. I wonder if somehow it wasn't fixed for actually responding to program changes, hmmm...

Yep, exactly this. We had fixed the sorting issues during the Repro 1.1 development.EvilDragon wrote: Fri Feb 15, 2019 6:47 pm Hmmm. May be that APFS sorting issue, perhaps? But we only found out a lot later, that the MIDI programs sorting would look ok in the preset browser, but they would still be unsorted when doing the actual program changes.
We fixed that in all later releases, so the only plugin which still suffers from this is Repro.
It will be fixed in the next update, but I don't know when this will happen.
