Not sure, if I am doing something wrong, but demoing W10 every resizeable plugin open at the smallest GUI...
If I resize the GUI, close and reopen the plugin editor it goes back to the smallest size again...
Just did a short test with Pro-Q3, Pro-C2 and Melda´s MEqualizer

It happens with the vst3 versions of these... especially Fabfilter...
If you drop in the vst2 version it opens fine, but once you used the vst3 version, which opens the GUI everytime small again and even after deleting this instance, the dropped in vst2 version behaves the same...
Sounds like a bug to me...
