could someone sho me ho this works? searched, but no videos yet.

You just hold down the shift and alt keys to select a range. Drag across multiple tracks to select a range on more that one track. Drag on timeline to select a range on all tracks. Use CTRL key to deselect/select existing ranges. Drag and drop ranges to move sections of clips. Use CTRL + drag and drop to copy sections of clips

thank you. but i still can't move multiple clips at once.

You have to drag the bar at the top of the clip not the selection itself.
