What are your ticket numbers? That's not the typical experience with SampleTank 3 in Reaper so I'm surprised they weren't able to get you up and running. I will have someone look at your tickets to see what happened. Thank you.

What will happen with the USB drive versions? Are they being updated before shipping, replaced, or? I don't know if (maybe) they have already been shipped (and used by anyone?), I haven't got a tracking number yet.

Those of us who opted to get the USB version, paid extra for shipping (AND convenience) have to wait to get the plug-in and sounds delivered.

It is going to defeat the purpose - if we had to do that, and then end up having to download the files online anyhow - if they aren't working/installing correctly.

Two massive DAW crashes here within a few minutes each testing with a 2019 state of the art i9 Windows 10 / Cubase 10 DAW. Windows Error Logs available here to evidence. ST4 is not something I would consider using going forward.

Sadly I'd hoped that ST4 would have fixed the issues that made ST3 unworkable with Gig Performer (crashes caused by ST3), but that's evidently not the case.

Happy to send the error logs to IK but the beta testing stops there.

I am having an issue installing the "Sampletank 4 MAX Instruments" parts 1 and 2. Keep getting the error: "Installation failed. Unable to copy files". I re-downloaded part 1 and it installed ok, but part 2 is no longer in the downloads section.. only part 1. Not sure what I'm supposed to do.

The support team will not be deluged Monday because they definitely are workin the queue hard this weekend too, and I appreciate that they're recreating the problems and reporting them and we've already had an update to the main application but there's definitely still road to travel and I appreciate the patience and understand that there will be frustration and how that might manifest. I'll start slow-cooking that hat and/or crow soon if that helps. But overall, yes they're aware and working hard and want everybody to be satisfied with SampleTank 4. It really does sound great and has some amazing new features and we'll get everybody on track so that they can enjoy all of it.

theres still road to travel? I mean shouldn't this have been highly tested in beta before put out? No intensive beta testing I gather? I understand there will aways be MINOR bugs with any new rollout, but these seem to be huge problems with people. I want to buy as i did love the sounds of sampletank 3 just hated the gui and browsing presets. I hope this gets sorted out so i can purchase.

The the phraser I only see one section under ST4, "Acoustic Drums". I have MAX with all modules installed. I would expect to see more given the number of items available in ST3. Does anyone else see the same thing?

I hear ya! I loaded up some ST3 phrases to test it with, and it works. But I was wondering where the ST4 phrase content was at. Oh well, we'll probably know in a few days...
