It's just a time ruler that goes across the top of the arrange page. The snap and grid values can still follow the MBT. In this screen grab from Sonar Platinum I enabled all four time rulers and clicked on the - (minus) sign the bring up the remove rulers menu so you can see the ruler types available. When I used Sonar I always had the MBT and HMSF rulers open. If I had less than all four rulers open there would be + (plus) sign that would bring up the add rulers menu. Here I can quickly see the end of my song is at the 205 measures mark and clocks in at about 6 and a half minutes which is way too long.

That would be ideal--not sure I need more than bars/beats and HH:MM:SS, though, but that's useful.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

I found a way to make a really basic time ruler. If you open the marker track and create a marker every minute (it helps if you change the time ruler to "show seconds/miliseconds") and number them 1 2 3 4... according to the time they are at. Switch back to MBT on the ruler. When you close the marker track small balloons showing their numbers are positioned along the MTB ruler.
