As the title says , in the new 2.8 gui , the fmo keyscaling is a slider where fine tuning doen't seem to work ( shift +drag )
NO possibility to put it to 0

Yeah, known issue.
Shift fine tuning actually works, but only when using the scrollwheel on your mouse (or the two-finger scroll on a trackpad on Mac).
To set it to zero, try clicking on the keyscaling, then type 0 on your keyboard and hit Enter.
Should work, but might have side effects depending on your host (experimental feature, which still needs some work).
