Awesome. How does the backup feature work? I noticed it's individual by edit. Is there a way to set it up so it automatically updates?
Linux version?

When you save, your Edit files and project files will be backed up not more than once every 15 minutes. Older backups with automatically be deleted, so the older the backs are, the less frequently they will be kept. (You can also manually create a backup from the save menu button that will never be automatically deleted)

Then, if you need an old edit for some reason, select the backup from the Projects page. There is a restore edit button that will bring back one old edit in to the current project with the name "Edit (Restored)". If you want the whole Project at a point in history, use the "Restore Project" button and it'll create a new Project and Edits from the backup.

Important to note, only your Project file and Edits are backed up, not the audio files. So if you delete some source audio files, this won't help you.

@FigBug, is there a short cut for select all clips in track?
If not, any chance of doing one please.
Cheers

Highlight one of the clips, then press alt-ctrl.

Doesn't seem to be working for me, trying this with midi clips.
I cant find this in the short cut list, I would like to configure it to a one button press, but ideally added to the left click on the mouse.

Search for "mute" in the settings/keyboard shortcuts section and assign a key. The shortcut is definitely there. Alternatively, favourite it in the actions panel then assign a shortcut to "Show favourite actions menu".

I think this is a typo and should read "ctrl + a".
If you search for the keyboard shortcuts you'll see "select all".
So if you have a clip selected and press it, all clips on that track will be selected. Press it again and all clips across all tracks will be selected.

Thanks I'll give that a go, I was looking for 'Select all clips in track' in the short cut list.

Yeah, sorry, ctrl-A. Apologies to Terry. Been under the weather and my brain fell out.
