Scrolling up/down in midi editor without mouse wheel?

Is there a way to do this? Clicking the up/down arrows does nothing (Windows 10). Only thing that seems to work is the scroll wheel on a mouse, but I frequently using my laptop's pad, which doesn't have a scroll wheel.
