Thank you, I’ll take that luck.
I do not disagree with what you said and think you are justifiablely pissed off... but where do we go from here? Burn it down? Then we’re out the money. Work to find solutions and press IK where it matters, in the pocketbook? That takes time.
As you stated, boycotting IK products and damaging public reputation to influence others to also not buy from them. I have been eyeing those new smart monitors they just came out with 7-8 hundred dollars, hesitant to invest in those? Yes
Now, If IK rectifies the situation with a solution that satisfies the offended in terms that are perceived as generous, should we continue to hate a company that works toward redemption? If they actually do. Or does the old saying “once bitten twice shy” always apply?

My problem seems to be fixed now, apparently, I have to change midi channel in daw., from Midi All: All channel to my keyboard name, never have to that before on other plugins.
I'm curios about an other thing, volume difference on patches
Is this normal in volume one is super quiet.

I have not waded in ST4 yet, waiting for the waters to calm. But my experience in ST3 was that many of the ST2 legacy sounds were at a lower volume when played. Some much lower. Musette is a ST2 sound according to the ST4 instrument pdf.

This question about the difference in volume on patches has been raised internally. Thank you.

So doing a fresh ST4 Max USB install on a new computer and I haven't installed my prior copy of ST3 yet. How would I best going about doing this, what sequence should I follow from the USB version?

Register your SampleTank 4 serial number first. Then, I would recommend downloading and installing the 4.0.3 latest version from your IK User Area first followed by Instruments Installer 1.1. You can then skip the application installer on your USB stick.Bruceferraudi wrote: Wed Mar 27, 2019 11:46 pm So doing a fresh ST4 Max USB install on a new computer and I haven't installed my prior copy of ST3 yet. Then, you can run the sound library installers from your USB stick to install all the sounds (there should be a SampleTank 4 sound library installer and a SampleTank 3 sound library installer, run each of those).
Next, download the additional pianos available in your IK User Area (these are the additional files that would not fit on the USB stick):
Additional Piano Instruments
Additional Piano Samples Part 1
Additional Piano Samples Part 2
Additional Piano Samples Part 3
Additional Piano Samples Part 4
Additional Piano Samples Part 5
Additional Piano Samples Part 6
Additional Piano Samples Part 7
Additional Piano Samples Part 8
Additional Piano Samples Part 9
Additional Piano Samples Part 10
Finally, download the latest sound updater (1.3) from your IK User Area and run that.

Just note that depending what you are updating from there are potentially a lot of files you will have to download, not just the piano (all the ST3 MAX packs for example if you are upgrading from just ST3...this was about 15 downloads for me, maybe 30-50 gigs in addition to the pianos and the USB stickBruceferraudi wrote: Wed Mar 27, 2019 11:46 pm So doing a fresh ST4 Max USB install on a new computer and I haven't installed my prior copy of ST3 yet. X32 Desk, i9 PC, S88MK3, S1, BWS, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6 Pro3, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone II, OP1-F, OPXY, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

Note that SampleTank 3 MAX sound content is included on the SampleTank4 MAX USB. There's an installer for SampleTank 4 MAX Sound Content and another installer for SampleTank 3 MAX Sound Content as I described above.SLiC wrote: Fri Mar 29, 2019 3:55 pmJust note that depending what you are updating from there are potentially a lot of files you will have to download, not just the piano (all the ST3 MAX packs for example if you are upgrading from just ST3...this was about 15 downloads for me, maybe 30-50 gigs in addition to the pianos and the USB stickBruceferraudi wrote: Wed Mar 27, 2019 11:46 pm So doing a fresh ST4 Max USB install on a new computer and I haven't installed my prior copy of ST3 yet. The only additional downloads would be the ones I mention in my previous post.
