Is it possible to tone match a Guitar an Amp or a mic with melda plugins ? What about a compressor or flavorered EQ?
I will be ordering the complete bundle if it can!

No I'm afraid. Or well, you said "tone match" that would mean spectrum matching, that one is possible. But matching the entire guitar amp is a whole different thing...

And would it be possible to do something like the idea behind the new Positive Grid "guitar match" function?

It would be amazing to have something like this, but instead of configuring the guitar type, the software would analyze first some incoming signal (eg. the software would ask you first to play open string notes as the basis of the analysis or some scales/chords whatever material is the most useful for analysis) and than the software would apply whatever EQ curve/distortion/spectrum analysis etc is needed to morph the sound into a different guitar model/sound.

I didn't check it out, but my guess is that they are just using dual convolution... which means primitive algorithm and lots and lots and lots of work measuring all the guitars

Ok but what about matching an Amps tone. Not just a cabs? How would I do that?
