I did a recent update that changed the browser behavior, and I'm wondering if there's any way to use the old behavior..
A) Clicking over to the preset section used to result in the last expanded tabs being shown - as an example, the User folder. Now, when I open presets, User is always closed.
B) The Author section is open every time I open the preset browser, which is *very* messy because there are so many authors.
C) When I double click a subfolder, it now replaces the existing view with a subview only showing 'search history', 'saved searches', 'favorites', and 'author'. I have to press a tiny up arrow at the top left to get back to the normal view. (Granted, I don't need to be double clicking a subfolder, but I often do it on accident and it's frustrating)
Zebra - revert to old preset browsing behavior?

A)
Right-click in the directory tree and choose a setting for "on open expand to".
Every time you open the Zebra GUI and switch to the preset browser, this setting is what it will apply to all folders.
As long as you do not close the GUI, and just switch between the synthesis, perform and presets tabs, it will keep the folders opened that you chose. So if you chose to expand the User folder, and only switch back and forth between the synthesis and presets tabs, the User folder should stay expanded.
Those settings won't be remembered when you close the GUI. Thus, the next time you open the GUI, it will use the "on open expand to" setting again.
B)
No easy solution for this. You could set the "on open expand to" option to none. Then the author folder would stay closed. But this would also mean that the Local and User folders are closed.
C)
When you double-click a subfolder, this sets this subfolder as the new "search root". So if you want to search for some specific preset, and you know it must be in the User folder, you could double-click it, and then perform your search. This way it will only search the User area, and won't look in the Local folders.
