BR: Unable to use range selection during Groove Doctoring

Range selection is a useful (if not necessary) feature to use Groove Doctor, but the shortcuts for adding a new transient marker and using range selection overlap.

It does not appear to be possible to make a range selection with alt/opt-shift on tracks that you wish to Groove Doctor.

To reproduce:

• Open Groove Doctor
• Analyse
• Attempt to make a range selection near the GD'd part ( )

Working on small sections at a time makes Groove Doctoring things much more accurate, but it's not current possible to do this easily since you must constantly close/reopen Groove Doctor or rely on loops to make time selections.

Thanks, I'll modify this so that if alt is down the transient editor is bypassed.
