Is there a beginner's guide to using Uhm scripts around ? And with which synth do they work currently ?
Cheers.

Uhm (U-he Maths) only works with the Hive 1.2 update! I believe the plan is to keep it as a unique feature for Hive.
One way to learn is to read the Hive Wavetables.pdf that comes with Hive, look at the included tutorial .uhm scripts in the uhm examples wavetable folder, and then take some .uhm scripts you like and try changing numbers and duplicating lines, copying lines from other scripts etc until you start to understand what's going on.
I spent some time with the Uhm scripts when the beta was released, I fount it quite intuitive and easy to pick up. I can also program (not at a professional level, but enough to cobble stuff together) so I'm not sure how easy it would be for someone that has not done any scripting/programming before.
These are some of the main thread with info on Uhm, including 2 tutorial threads Urs started.
