FR: Default input follows selected track shouldn't override existing routings

The "Default input follows selected track" function is rather useful, but it's easy to clobber existing routings.

For instance: if I'm recording live multitracked drums, but want to occasionally run through and record some synth parts, then I'm constantly going back and forth between the settings panel to turn this feature off.

I'd be happy with a way to lock I/O assignments or requiring this feature to have an accompanying modifier to override an existing mapping.
