BR: Groove Doctor uses wrong takes when using clips with takes

Here's how I found it:

• Loop Record tracks - 2 mono and 1 stereo track for me.
• Open Groove Doctor
• Select and capture all 3 tracks
• Separate
• Quantise

Now there will be a mixture of take 1 and the take you selected across the clips. They should all maintain their take selections, but they do not.

I can't seem to replicate this.
At what point do the takes become incorrect? Presumably it's when you press "separate".
If you zoom in, does the text on the clips read the correct take? Is it just the underlying audio that's wrong?
