All tone2 reverb sales are gone now...(Saurus2 and Nemesis are still 20% which is not that attractive any more). Tried to convince myself to get the Saurus2, only to find out that the 50% off deal is no more. Well, save myself $60

Kinda annoying that I point out the Xils-Lab deal, go to work and then find out they're all gone by the time I return (although I don't really need more stuff at the moment truth be told).

Now this is a good one indeed. Like it a lot, one of SampleLogic’s best.
I'm more used to play with samples in Maschine, but the way this one is made inside of Kontakt looks like an interesting concept.

Love it.

Has anyone tried this? Is it as good as it looks?
Atlas lets you throw an entire disk of samples at it without bothering to categorize them, and then randomize drum kits, and you will (mostly) get what you ask for (kicks in the kick slot, snares in the snare slot, perc in the perc slot(s), e.g.) It does more than this, of course, but that's imho its best feature.

if that's something that you find useful, it's magic. If it doesn't fit the way you work (e.g. you usually custom-design exactly the drums you want) then it might not be useful, but as a mostly casual musician, it's at least loads of fun and you might find some samples in your collection you forgot about/never listened to.
I am going to check Atlas against the new XLN Audio XO.
I decided to get Atlas. I really like XLN Audio and have most of their products, but the price difference between Atlas (on sale at 49$) and XO (179$) is unbearable. I played with Atlas, and I really love it. It's easy to use and very intuitive. The developer is very responsive with many updates in a short time. With the upcoming sequencer included, it should be on par with XO.

I already have all of Tone2 synths and they are all great. Tone2 is updating most of them regularly lately.

I got this. It is pretty good. I don't regret the purchase. I also use Maschine.

do you know if on reverb.com if it says "coming soon" on an item which is sold out it will really come back for the price soon or just a placeholder?

I reckon its a placeholder. Some of those deals were too good to be repeated at volume. Of course I could be wrong, we all hope so!

Anyone out there (maybe from Germany) who has bought the latest Beat magazin ?
I would like a bit more info about the included version of the Best Service Hall of Fame plugin (and Beat itself sucks when it comes to giving information :-( ).
Is it very different to the demo version / worth the extra cost ?

Post

The Beat Hall of Fame has a rather big collection of IRs, quite usable.

Looks like a lot of the sale items that sold out and were "coming soon" are now available, but back to their regular price without the 50% off. Also, some of the ones that were still on sale from the likes of Blue Cat Audio have now been removed and are back to their regular price.

There are still some items that are available at 50% off if you go here: https://reverb.com/marketplace/software?on_sale=true

It does look like at least 100+ items are no longer on sale compared to what was available on Thursday evening. Here are the brands that no longer have anything on sale: Boz Digital, Blue Cat Audio, D16 Group, Magix, Wave Arts, Sugar Bytes, XILS-Lab, MusicLab, Sonible, Tone2, MODARTT.

IMHO, I think someone at Reverb probably noticed that some of them had a double discount (on the price itself plus the 50% off of the discounted price).

This is not the first time Reverb has done this. They most likely had a limited number of serials they could give away at the reduced price and then put it back on regular pricing. If I remember correctly they did the same with an Arturia Bundle sale a while back.

Still some good deals in this list. The Waves Platinum Bundle for $74.50 jumps out imho.

Hoping they bring back some of the Tone2 stuff on sale.
