W9 here.

I've found a bug with looping. It's not serious, but it might lead on to finding other looping bugs.

To recreate:
  • Insert a clip that contains a long note (or several).
  • Place the loop markers around the clip.
  • Switch on Loop mode.
  • Press play.
  • Wait until the Loop occurs and play returns to the start of the loop.
  • Now switch off Loop mode. Any playing notes will be stopped and restarted and MIDI CC 64 and 66 with value 0 will be sent.
This only occurs once per Loop. Repeatedly switching on and off during a single loop cycle will not retrigger the notes again. After the loop has restarted again, retriggering may occur again once.

This is a known bug, but I believe it's resolved in the latest W10 beta (10.1.4, I think).

Edit: Yes, in 10.1.3 onward:
- MIDI: Stopped sending MIDI all-notes-off message when looping to avoid skipping first notes

That reads like a different bug where it was sending All Notes Off on a loop restart. This bug is to do with switching off Loop mode after the loop has occurred.
