I would like it so that all the selectors with the left+right switchers displayed all possible values when double-clicked. Forgive me if this is confusing, but I don't know the exact name of this GUI element. As an example, when double-clicked, the Semitone selector in MOscillator does not display possible values that can be clicked and requires you to spam-click either left or right, but in any plugin with selectors in the "sync" section, they behave as expected when double-clicked. The semitone selector in MOscillator is not the only selector that behaves this way; there are many selectors in MSF that do the same thing. Is there a reason for this? Can it be changed?

That selector ranges from -12 to +12. A drop-down matrix would help there. OR the ability to type in the desired value.

PS Mouse-wheel scroll over the value works.

I think we are talking about switcher here right, not selector.
But I agree with it, they should all show the menu. Not really sure why some do and some don't?

In V13 everything should allow either a menu or text edit (depending on the actual case). If not, let me know.

Made sure I was checking this out with V13 rc1 and I'm still having the same issue. Checked it in the individual plugins and then the same plugins within MSF and MXXX. DarkStar's tip about using the scroll wheel is helpful, but there is still no menu or text edit.

I agree, there are some that do not have the pop out menu with all the value options.
Milesmaker, could you please create some basic list of a few of these examples for Vojtech?

Exactly, all I checked worked here. Note that on some you need to double click (probably).

In MSF:
-Globals->Global Pitch->Octaves
(It appear that any module with this style of Pitch section has the same issue with the Octaves selector)
-Generator->Synthesis->WTable8->Wave count
-Generator->Per-Voice Fx->Bitfun->Bits, Shift
-Delaytap->Musical Delay->Sync Mul
-Granular->Grain count, Output channel
Hopefully that's enough to identify the issue.

While testing all the modules in MSF, I discovered another bug: Multiband Plugins loaded in the FX section don't allow you to scroll around when part of the plugin is cut off when not in a pop-out window.

Aaaaha! Good point! Will be fixed!

As for the MB plugins (and others) - sometimes these are just too big, especially horizontally. The main plugin cannot do anything about it, so it just clips them. The only solution is really a popup.

+1 on the popups...in Mxxx when I have several/many slots filled I am generally only really concerned with adjusting a single one of them at a time, so having the "full window," ala standalone mode, would be excellent/familiar. Mostly I am using Mxxx to "consolidate" an entire string of plugins that have been constructed as individual instances. Saves vertical space in the DAW and seems to use somewhat less CPU (confirm/deny? perhaps?).../s~

Yeah, I figured. The plugins are so deep that it doesn't really make sense to have more than one on the screen at a time anyway. Btw, just wanted to make sure I communicated that MSF is not the only plugin having issues with those selectors; I was just testing them in MSF.

Yes, the selectors thingy was a general problem, fixed all at once ;) (I hope :D )
