Could someone clarify the differences between the following and how they interact?
(Drumset toolbar) Sound volume
Sound volume defines the output volume for all output channels and is applied immediately as opposed to the global volume. Sound volume can be automated via standard MIDI messages.

(Drumset toolbar) Global volume
Global volume defines the volume of new sounds. When a note is played, MDrummer takes the actual global volume value and assigns it to that note. Therefore if you change global volume quickly, more than one event can play at the time and each of them can have a different volume.

(Drum panel) Volume
Volume defines the volume of the drum sound. It is applied BEFORE the effect pipeline so it can actually change the sound character.

(Drum panel) Output volume
Output volume defines the volume of the drum sound applied AFTER the effect pipeline.

Drum : say Sampler -> Global volume & Volume -> FX -> Sound volume & Output volume

It's really only about what is before and what is after FX. And there's a separate set for each drum as well as global.
