I doubt that would work. If people dislike something, and want to voice their opinion about it, no click is too much for them.

Why would wagtunes do a CD a week otherwise, but consider a few clicks in Reaktor too much hassle?

chk071 wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 1:51 pm Well... 38 pages about "Uuh... it is Reaktor based... it's sooo much work..." is indeed a tad too much.

says a lot about the synth if after 38 pages nobody is actually talking about it :hihi:
Yeah, about the people involved. :P

that makes no sense, comedy fail
I didn't try to be funny. It says a lot about the people involved in the discussion, when even after 38 pages, people still argue about the inhuman work it is to fiddle with Reaktor ensembles.
or maybe nodody likes the idea of having to use reaktor as a sub host....

just sayin

Sure, fair enough. I'm not sure what 39 pages of discussion in this thread would change about that though?

Again, I use Reaktor often. I am only saying I can understand people being put off by it.

Golden!

Ok. And that's fair enough of course. Let's register then, that you, and other people are put off by this. Which is fair enough. And now?

It has little to do with that. It is a collective effort and not to be placed only on the people displeased with it being a Reaktor Ensemble rather than a VST synth. It is a collective difficulty to let other people have differing opinions without attacking them, demeaning them or otherwise creating a hierarchy of value with ones own opinion at the top.

But then this wouldn't be KVR, hell would freeze over, and Donny Osmond will come out with a top 10 hip hop recording.

Ain't happening.

And now? In the grand scheme of things, I couldn't care less what people use or don't use. I'm working on the 4th track of my CD "Still Out Of Sync."

This nonsense is just noise.

Dunno about that. If it was collective, we would be talking about other things than the additional work with Reaktor by now.

It's unfortunate, but, the negative talk is always more emphasized than the positive talk. Guess that's human nature. Or... human nature 2019.
