I doubt that would work. If people dislike something, and want to voice their opinion about it, no click is too much for them.
Why would wagtunes do a CD a week otherwise, but consider a few clicks in Reaktor too much hassle?

or maybe nodody likes the idea of having to use reaktor as a sub host....chk071 wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 2:21 pmI didn't try to be funny. It says a lot about the people involved in the discussion, when even after 38 pages, people still argue about the inhuman work it is to fiddle with Reaktor ensembles.
just sayin

Again, I use Reaktor often. I am only saying I can understand people being put off by it.chk071 wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 2:24 pm I doubt that would work. If people dislike something, and want to voice their opinion about it, no click is too much for them.

Golden!Greenstorm33 wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 2:22 pm Idea: make Reaktor synth threads Reaktor-based so they require too many clicks to get to for people who don't like using Reaktor as a synth host.

Ok. And that's fair enough of course. Let's register then, that you, and other people are put off by this. Which is fair enough. And now?wagtunes wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 2:33 pmAgain, I use Reaktor often. It has little to do with that. It is a collective effort and not to be placed only on the people displeased with it being a Reaktor Ensemble rather than a VST synth. It is a collective difficulty to let other people have differing opinions without attacking them, demeaning them or otherwise creating a hierarchy of value with ones own opinion at the top.chk071 wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 2:31 pm Sure, fair enough. I'm not sure what 39 pages of discussion in this thread would change about that though?

But then this wouldn't be KVR, hell would freeze over, and Donny Osmond will come out with a top 10 hip hop recording.pdxindy wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 3:14 pmIt has little to do with that. And now? In the grand scheme of things, I couldn't care less what people use or don't use. I'm working on the 4th track of my CD "Still Out Of Sync."chk071 wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 3:05 pmOk. Dunno about that. If it was collective, we would be talking about other things than the additional work with Reaktor by now.pdxindy wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 3:14 pmIt has little to do with that. It's unfortunate, but, the negative talk is always more emphasized than the positive talk. Guess that's human nature. Or... human nature 2019.
