Golden!
Okay. So to rein in this thread back on ground ... if I am considering upgrading to K12 this year, Super 8 *will not* be included. And if I don't want to use Reactor b/c I think its too complicated and if I like Super 8 and want to make "wub wub" sound with it, I should buy it now otherwise wait until 2020 for it to be included in K13?
It is going to be a Reaktor-based synth irrespective of that, so if you like it, buy it NOW! But perhaps use an e-voucher if you have one. ;)

And of course, as I mentioned earlier, use it with Komplete Kontrol. I have created a preset in FL Studio with Super 8 (demo for now) loaded in Komplete Kontrol so that I could launch it just like any other synth.
I hear you. I listener to the NI demos. Why am I not hearing something special that I don't already own between my collection of VSTs? Yeah, i have a voucher. Maybe, i will download the demo and try it a little more.

Rastkovic wrote: Mon May 06, 2019 6:05 pm If you are using Ableton Live, you can save the loaded ensemble as instrument rack and put it to the favourites folder. It works at least with the full version of Reaktor....
Great info, thanks!
Extra tip: before saving the instrument rack, select one of your favorite presets in the reaktor synth.
Then when you doubleclick the instrument rack in your favorites, not only does the synth open straight away in Reaktor but -as you'd expect- with one of your favorite presets all ready to go.

No Reaktor ;) science, but maybe something you didn't think about.

Same here, but there is still something in it that is making me think about it. Perhaps it is just a wrong perception. But yes, download the demo and try it for a few days. No rush of sale here, assuming your e-voucher isn't expiring soon. I will also not buy it until I am fully convinced with the demo and will use an e-voucher when I ultimately go for it.

By the way, if you like Super 8, try to get rid off something old and replaceable. A good way to not spend much. :)

So, based on my ears, there is a certain distinctive "warmth" to the sound of the Super8. I am comparing it to other NI stuff I really like like Massive (old version not the new one coming out) and Monark,
