W8/W10 crash problem

Long time T user and now W8. It crashes very frequently on Win 10 64-bit and I have to reboot each time because audio interface won't work after crash (at least for a while; btw Roland Duo Capture EX).
Just demo'd W10 tonight and validated some of the suspect plugins but still it crashes.
I love where W is going, W10 is looking slick and great new tools and synths. I'm very used to the workflow and need/want to solve this crash problem. Otherwise I really think it's time to switch to another DAW for me.
My question is: What can I do to contribute to the solution of this problem? Any report you want me to generate in my computer and send your way, etc. If there's anything I can do and it can be solved, I'd love to remain a W user.
Please let me know.

How does one do that? I browsed the setting menu but I don't see an option. When the crash happens, usually W is grayed out and nothing happens until I tell Windows to close W. I'll research this more later but if anyone feels like it, please drop a line to show me the way. cheers!

Alright, I see the crashlog text files now. I accessed them from the Help > Show Waverform log files option. In that directory is a crash log folder. But it's really strange to have to send these manually to TSC, is that what I'm supposed to do?

Yes, and that's the way to access them. The logfiles track your usage and catch at least some of the errors that happen. They're there to help the devs with problems. The devs don't want to have to wade through countless logfiles that may or may not be related to crashes, and may come without explanation.
An outline of the problem might help.

I see. Thanks, this is helpful. I will accumulate several similar crashes and document it with logs. I really hope support can address this. cheers!

Well it looks like after updating W10 to 1903 release W8 deactivates itself .I tried to login with my account by it says that my licence has reached limit of installations on my pc's, but I didn't touch installation during update or after :/

Windows updates have an annoying issue that they re-create some system folders which breaks our registration IDs. We've tried some different IDs in W10 to try and get a combination that is more stable but that isn't present in Waveform 8.
