I just got a new Macbook Pro which has Mojave installed, after installing all my Melda plugins I now experience extremely long loading times with version 13.0 - e.g. 50 seconds to load MXXX - something is wrong.

No help, but it's fine here (Windows 7 SP1). Now, as for MDrummer though ...

There's a CoreMIDI issue with Mojave:
https://music.stackexchange.com/questio ... -on-mojave
All of my DAWs take ages to launch, unless I open 'Audio MIDI Setup' beforehand (it's in the 'utilities' folder). Not entirely convinced it's what's happening here, but it's something you can try.

I think this could be the deprecation of carbon. Let's just say that those idiots in Apple like to remove features all the time and this time they didn't just remove them, but instead made some slow... Impossible... Hopefully it will be possible to solve somehow, but it's a scary business, so for now I'd recommend reinstalling High sierra. Perhaps even Apple will come to sense... probably now, they never do...

Btw. I just tested in Mojave in Logic X and everything seems to be fast. Try restarting a few times
. And reinstall the plugins. Could help too.
