Hi there,

First time posting here. Just a quick question - How can I have more than one midi map in the u-he synths? I have two midi keyboards that are mapped differently. In other softsynths such as Spectrasonic or Rob Papen I would save each map as it's own file and load them when needed. How can create the same thing with u-he?

Thanks you,
Jam.

Hi Jam,
you can swap the MIDI assign files (they are just plain text files) manually in the Windows Explorer / Mac Finder. The manual says where they can be found.
Cheers,
Edo

Hey Edo,

Thanks for your reply! I've actually been doing that today. Was really hoping to be able to swap within the synth. However, this does work.

Cheers!

I've asked for the ability to save and swap MIDI assignments in the past too for the same reason. Along with a few new options on the MIDI assignment page like column sorting (by CC, Name, and Type). They have a lot on their plate right now but I'm still hoping one day that screen will get a few enhancements.
