Cheers for that. Although Steinberg doesn't mention in that document, I discovered that all plugins that DON'T use OpenGL (or can be disabled) run perfectly fine scaled with the software renderer active.enCiphered wrote: Thu May 09, 2019 7:43 pmThis might help:sircuit wrote: Thu May 09, 2019 7:38 pm Happy to report that I downloaded & installed the 20 GB demo (well, skipped installing the samples) and now I have this weird issue: some plugins' windows are cropped and seems to be no way to display it entirely. Some of the plugins that have zoomable interfaces work (like ANA2) and some don't (like Falcon and Avenger). Is this known? In Ableton live and Vienna Ensemble Pro although they both have HiDPI modes I have no issues...
2560x1440 monitor, 150% Windows 10 scaling and HiDPI mode enabled in Cubase (otherwise the interface looks really fuzzy).

The only one that can't work without OpenGL and does't have HiDPI is Avenger. Those guys are the only ones who use 4K monitors at 100% scaling and absolutely don't feel the need to implement HiDPI to their software.
