Yeah I always though of the "Custom" shape feature for both Envelopes and LFOs pretty much as a multistage envelope.
edit: Well, actually only (custom) Envelopes... as the LFOs don't seem to be able to "one shot"

Though I love the complexity and uniqueness of the Melda mod panels, I keep wishing for, e.g, the Omnisphere Envelope Editor-type options as well, which combines preset shapes with all-points-editability, in one panel view…
