Well, that's probably the most compelling counter-argument Ive ever seen at KVR, you've really got me wriggling in the crushing grip of reason there. I bow to your devastating intellectual prowess and formidable grasp of logic.
My really naiv what?Your really naiv.

Hate? - none.
I was disappointed when Apple took over Logic and there was no support or development for pc's.
That's more Apple's doing than Logic though.
I was also pretty pissed off, many years ago, when I was told Cakewalk had the same functionality as Cubase. I was looking to move from Atari to pc.
That was the sales guy fault though. No easy internet research or demos back then.
After buying almost everything available quite a few years ago, I came to the conclusion that I really needed only one DAW that did what I wanted.
I consider it lessons learned rather than something that would make me hateful.

It looks like 171 people are going to have one hell of a midlife crisis.
Whilst dressed as Father Christmas, apparently.

The engineer is in the van calling the producer a twat.

And the ghost writer doesnt write the music, he does what producers used to do.dupont wrote: ↑Fri May 10, 2019 7:21 amAny good producer have good ghost writers who master the DAW better than him.jancivil wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2019 4:49 pm workflow can be in your head or it can be feed to you. Ive read of several djs, ricardo villalobos most notably state that any good producer should be able to sound like himself on any platform. If not then what you are hearing is the platform and not the musician.
Makes sense.
I presume by now 'engineer' is the name for the guy who carries the equipment to and from the van.
Do you really think this kind of multi millionaire DJ produce his music ?

beauty does not matter. A pig makes good ham and reaper can make good music even if it is uggly. There are uggly 80s designed plugins in logic X : ES1 ES2 ULTRABEAT ESX24. TB303 was at first known as a plastic shit box, which know cost a kydney..

Of course not. Its just Old Man Withers in a costume. And he would have gotten away with it too...dupont wrote: ↑Sat May 18, 2019 7:32 amso you think ghost producers don't exist ?whyterabbyt wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2019 8:42 pmWell, that's probably the most compelling counter-argument Ive ever seen at KVR, you've really got me wriggling in the crushing grip of reason there.
