Invisible midi/audio clips anyone?

hope someone can help...

while working on a project, i clicked stop and all the tracks disappeared! it still plays back (i can even move the playhead to different bars) but visually there's nothing there. have tried restarting, exporting the project and re-opening (the exported version is exactly the same).

any ideas people?

Assuming by "nothing" you actually mean "nothing", and there isn't a single frozen track 'cos you accidentaly froze your entire project, then no, absolutely none.

Is that mac or PC?

If any of the clips where audio files, do they show up in the project pool?

Sounds highly buggy to me. I'd say if Jules doesn't spot this thread within a few days, email him directly, he may want to see the edit.

hi yeah, actually nothing - as if there were no tracks -

there's level on the master meter and the cpu is around a third!

i'm running it on a G4 powerbook - and now i come to think about it there weren't any audio clips, it's all midi.

I've seen this bug once before - the tracks are there but there's a maths error that's scrolled them off the screen..

hoorah! brilliant perfect wonderfully fixed! it was a tune i wasn't looking forward to trying to recreate...
