Are the MSF original presets the ones found at the left of the screen (tags + tree) in easy mode while the ones found by click Presets at the top are from MPowerSynth ?
If so, is it planned to offer more MSF original presets apart from any eventual 3rd party contributions (free or commercial) ?

That's been the plan since the first beta—The hills are alive with the sound of busy MSF Easy Screen builders:)
Most of whom were no doubt as astonished to see the Public Beta go on SALE before their labors were collected, as the rest of the world was to see it at all!
