System Info panel says CPU not fully used?

The Melda "System Info" panel for my machine says for example for AVX: Yes (not fully used). What does that mean? What do I need to enable to fully use AVX?

That's just a message saying that the plugins haven't been compiled specifically for this instruction set, so they don't use the full potential, but only for the specific algorithms. This is simply because there are lots of different architectures, and only the most relevant ones are addressed to keep the installer reasonably small. Right now it is SSE2 for compatibility reasons and AVX2 being the standard these days. But other architectures such as AVX and AVX512 are also used, but detected realtime and only for performance sensitive algorithms.
