Want to Upgrade to Hive 2, but Can't

Urs, I've tried at least 5 different payment methods since last night, but your payment processor has rejected every one despite the accounts all being in good standing. I really want to upgrade to Hive 2, but so far that's been impossible. Any idea when this issue is going to be sorted? I want to give you my money!

We've been in contact with MyCommerce all morning. Of course they had a technical issue just when we sent a newsletter. Murphy's Law certainly applies to modern technology...
We're preparing a statement here on how to proceed. We asked MyCommerce to delete all outstanding or rejected orders so that people wouldn't suddenly be charged multiple times. I think the statement should be up any minute, I'll walk over to the support department and see where it's at.

Looks like my decision to wait until June 1st to upgrade might have been a good one...... 
(really I had already closed out my spreadsheet for May and was just too lazy to fix it so wanted to wait until the first.)
