Hi,
I paid for Hive 2.0 upgrade using a different e-mail address than the one used for Hive 1.0 payment. Unfortunately money are now gone and I haven't received any key. I've sent the proof of the upgrade payment to u-he support using my Hive 1.0 e-mail address, but seems that nobody cares about that. What should I do next ?
Regards

Unfortunately today is a public holiday in Germany. I'm afraid it can take up to Friday noon to resolve this.
(we had been very clear about using the same email address though... we can't possibly automate the process otherwise)

Normally this should be done using a personal account and not just an e-mail address. It's very simple to type a different e-mail, when you have, for example autofill emails with two or more items. So I'll stay until tomorrow (best case) without any activation...ok.

At least u-he's demo mode isn't annoying to the point of being unusable

I understand the grief, but there isn't much I can do from home with my laptop on my lap.vallik wrote: Thu May 30, 2019 12:26 pm Normally this should be done using a personal account and not just an e-mail address. There would have been the option to go through an upgrade option at MyCommerce. You would still need the same email address and it would require a separate process for people who did not buy Hive through our web shop, and those who did choose to not set up an account.
As for user accounts on our website: The reality of today is, our website - like many (all?) others - is under permanent attack from hackers, it has been for years. We decided to remove all user data, all license management, all forums and all things Wordpress/Joomla/CMS/etc from it. Should hackers ever be able to hack into our webserver, all they find is a bunch of static HTML pages. No data can be stolen, no emails and passwords can be harvested. All user data is stored on servers which can not be accessed from the outside. An upgrade process based on user interaction would have required to make this data accessible and mangeable through the internet. Tongue in Cheek: That would have cost us another few weeks of preparation, so it would have meant to wait even longer!

I understand... I'll wait until tomorrow, hope it will be solved quickly. If the payment had been rejected I would have known that I did something wrong anyway.

There are essentially no unanswered tickets left. Pretty sure you should have received a reply by now.

Problem #1. Not following directions to use same email.vallik wrote: Thu May 30, 2019 11:38 am Hi,

Problem #2. Overreacting because they didnt email you immediately after you hit send on ticket. UHE by far is the most respectable company in the business. No need to overreact and say no one cares.
It’ll get sorted out my dude. Just relax, and make some music.
