Think Time and Space looks like best bang for your buck to British buyers, price works out cheaper than US resellers after exchange rate is taken into account (unless there's going to be in cart discounts which it doesn't currently look like), you get 5% cashback via loyalty points, a free Kontakt library and a backup drive. From Komplete 11 to Komplete Ultimate looks about £30 more from what I could see.

But having said that, does look like they're already out of stock before the promotion's even started, so doesn't look that promising.

I bought K11U to K12U update from best service a couple of days ago, received and registered the serial instantly

Delivery times with retailers have always been a bit all over the place during the NI spring sale. I recall that I had to cancel an order with JRR 2 or 3 years ago because they were not able to deliver the Komplete upgrade in a reasonable time.
Anyone ordering now will have to wait a few days. We'll order extras so the next customers aren't left waiting. As it gets to the end of the month, customers will probably end up having to wait again because we'll have to be careful about not over-ordering. Without going into it too much, Native structures their sales in such a way that retailers REALLY don't want to be stuck with any extra inventory at the end and also can't pre-load inventory in preparation for the sale.

I see Diva as more versatile and useful for me, but both synths are new for me, so can't decide without a second opinion.
Yes, certainly. They're both great and are both worth owning but I personally would choose DIVA if I was only going to own one of them. With that said, the main thing you might miss is Repro-1's really cool step sequencer.
Thank you, Eric. I appreciate your advice. I think I will play with the Repros some more and then see if I really need them.

Was it a NI serial number for inputting directly in Native Access or some other code?

Also, after entering in NA, does that serial show up correctly as "Komplete 12 Ultimate Update" in your NI website account?

Thanks!

NI only seemed to be offering the downloadable version when I looked. The vouchers are pretty much useless once you go through the terms and conditions. They only work on full price items or bundles, you can't use them on upgrades, crossgrades, updates or on any item that is already discounted.

The Time and Space loyalty points you can use on any product.

I'll be upgrading - re the boxed version - are you able to stream the libraries from it? ie install K6 and then leave the factory and the other libraries on that seperate drive - I have a feeling I only have USB (not 2.0 or 3.0).

Also presumably all your products show up in Native Access as well?

Apparently, loyalty points are not being allowed for Komplete products. I have sent an email to T+S to check for a possibility.

No, you can't stream. The drive is only for installation.

Absolutely. All the products will show up in Native Access regardless of the version, boxed/download. That's the advantage of NA. In future, you will need to update all your products through NA only. HDD is only for first time "fast" installation without having to download huge data at first.

ok thanks for that. Probably not much difference in the two options for me as I've got most of the libraries I want already installed - with the exception perhaps of Una Corda. And I'm not in a rush so a few weeks wait if it's a physical drive isn't an issue either.

So it's more a matter of who will do it cheapest.

You're welcome. Time+Space has the cheapest boxed versions as of now in my opinion. Based on your location, you might even qualify for free shipping?

It was showing up on the T&S Komplete upgrade page as 10 loyalty points for each £ spent, so unless they've removed it now, looks like they're allowing it.

I ordered it from JRR around that time but I'm not in a rush.

Yes, just got a confirmation from them that the points are working only for GBP currency. I was initially trying with USD/EUR. :)

This is about using the points you have against your order, not about earning points after ordering.
